Gwent Police is an innovative and dynamic employer. We are in search of a self-starter, who is highly motivated and can develop and deliver vulnerability and safeguarding training within an active, highly pressured and evolving environment.
The Vulnerability trainer is a new role. The right person will be able to work with colleagues and partners across the organisation to shape, influence and deliver safeguarding and vulnerability training that meets the needs across our whole workforce.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of safeguarding policy and legislation, a proven track record of developing and delivering training product to and high standard and have excellent organisational skills and the ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships.
